My approach to life and health is to live my life as righteously as possible, while treating others as I would like to be treated.
Realizing that my body is a temple, I have learned to respect, put the right things in and exercise my body for maximum results from my body.
Gone are the days of over indulgence where food is concerned, but rather, I listen to my body and restrict my desires, so that those foods that I desire won't haunt me when I consume them immediately and/or later.
Self-control has taught me the benefts of living a wholesome life, where through self-control I do get to sometimes eat the foods that I crave, without those foods storing up in my body and being harmful to me.
